infamous Raiford prison. Garcia was involved with
cop-turned-serial killer — Manny Pardo. Manny himself was put to
death for killing 9 people, 7 of whom he claimed were drug
dealers because he "was just doing the world a public service by
blowing them away.” Garcia spent years clearing his own name and
