EP #10: Broken Beyond Repair?

 On this episode of “Active Allyship…it’s more than a
#hashtag!” …


On the newly introduced segment called, “Did you Know?” Sunni
flies solo sharing the latest news of the Louisville Metro Police
Department’s efforts to offer a plea deal to Breonna Taylor’s
ex-boyfriend (Jamarcus Glover) to say that she was a part of an
organized crime syndicate.  Nope, you did not read that
wrong! Crazy af right?!


On this week’s episode (short, but powerful) we discuss a
question that Lisa’s brother asked… with everything going
on…how?!  Broken beyond repair? That’s a very important
question and an opportunity for us to examine how we’re feeling
during these unprecedented times, need we list them, two (2)
pandemics (COVID and White Supremacy) and a Revolution! 
While overused, the word unprecedented is most fitting. 
Sunni and Lisa discuss how they’re feeling, hopeless or
hopeful.
