which includes her adoption, which was extraordinary. 
 


She was adopted by a white family who actually fought to make
sure “Love” was at the center of the decision - Love over Race.

Not to give too much away, but Heather’s biological parents were
an interracial couple back in the day, like the 70’s. So you can
imagine the thought process for adoptions.  Listen up, so
