College Degrees Are Overrated

"Back in my day..." The education system has changed quite a bit
over the years, and job requirements with them. Employers all
have their own way of filtering candidates, but what good is it
to judge an applicant's worth based on simply having a degree or
not if the degree doesn't apply to the job they're applying for?
