Welcome to the 3rd movie in our 4-part Summer Blockbuster series.
Dre & Goodman get into the 2013
almost-trainwreck-turned-huge-global-smash, World War Z, starring
Brad Pitt, directed by Marc Forster and 'loosely' based on the
book by Max Brooks.

But first we talk about what we watched this week: Rocketman, the
Elton John biopic for Goodman (plus a few others that he didn't
finish) and the Warren Beatty/Faye Dunaway 1967 classic Bonnie
and Clyde and Netflix's The Highwaymen starring Kevin Costner
& Woody Harrelson as the Texas Rangers chasing them down for
Dre.

Then we get into World War Z, highlighting its at-times troubled
production, break down the cast & crew, hit up a couple
obscure quotes, then discuss why there doesn't appear to be a
sequel on the horizon.

As always, we finish with a little something to cleanse the
palette. In this week's BOOM! (Based On Other Movies), Dre bakes
up some ooey-gooey brownies:

Box of brownie mix - Memento

1/2 cup concocted liquids - The Game

1/4 cup chocolate chips - Identity

Last, join us for The Quote Parade, celebrating and identifying
all the quotes we did on the episode.

Coming up next week: Jurassic Park...we spared
no expense!
