hospitality startup from India. In 2019, OYO pledged to invest 90
millions USD into Vietnam and they have grown exponentially until
Covid-19 happened. I sat down with OYO's former Head of Revenue -
Hitanshu Sethi to discovered how the startup handled fluctuation
of tourisms because of travel bans all around the world. With his
insights working in multiple countries, Hitanshu shared his
insights and lessons about managing Vietnamese workforce and
being adaptive during crisis.
