35: Breaking NEWS-Press Conference: Another Gilgo Beach Murder Victim Identified

On Friday, Suffolk County, New York, officials revealed the
identity of a previously unidentified victim of the Gilgo Beach
murders, referring to her as "Fire Island Jane Doe." The victim
has now been identified as Karen Vergata, a 34-year-old escort
from Manhattan who vanished on Valentine's Day in 1996.
