Law and Order

Vic Winnek is an attorney as well as a college football official.
He shares his officiating journey with me and reflects on other
moments from life. Vic and I were original members of the crew at
Fox Studios that assisted Mike Pereira. Vic loves football and
talks about it with great passion. He is currently doing some work
in Instant Replay Operations. Vic will also share some similarities
to the rules of football and the rule of law.
