Upset City

Mother's Day weekend included some amazing moments in sports.
Before those topics, I tell a few memorable stories about
celebrating with my Mom over the years. The Kentucky Derby was
won by Rich Strike, the biggest longshot in the race's history at
80-1! Another shocking upset was Dmitry Bivol defeating boxing
legend Canelo Alvarez at the Light Heavyweight division Saturday
night. The LA Kings evened up their playoff series and the Rio
Hondo Prep baseball team lost in the first round. RHP softball
has a huge 2nd round playoff game at home this Tuesday afternoon
that requires a large supportive attendance. In the bottom of the
9th, I share some different slang terms for very close plays on
the bases and debunk a term that far too many baseball fans
overuse.
