   In 1996 Hey Arnold! premiered on Nickelodeon.
Running from 1996-2004, Hey Arnold! was a special Nicktoon which
ended with 5 seasons and 2 movies. While Hey Arnold! is a
legendary kid's cartoon (Nicktoon) from the 90s with many amazing
episodes, one episode stands out as a true timeless
classic. 


      On December 11, 1996 Hey
Arnold! released a seemingly obligatory Christmas episode as most
television series will do at least once. But the Hey Arnold
Christmas episode is truly something special. The Hey Arnold
Christmas episode, aptly named "Arnold's Christmas" takes many of
the tropes and elements of a standard Christmas episode and, as
Hey Arnold was fond of doing, giving meaning and depth by
focusing on the inner struggles of its characters.   


     While Arnold is the main character,
the story is really about background character Mr. Hyunh.
  In today's LTA, Nerd Talk Dan will discuss not only
why the Hey Arnold Christmas episode was a good story, but why
it's on his list of Christmas must watches.  90s kids take a
nostalgic trip down memory lane as we discuss 90s Nick holiday
classic "Arnold's Christmas"
