James Passanante has an MBA, FAC. Is an undergraduate with an
accounting major and a minor in Economics and an MBA in forensic
accounting. Currently is a manager of financial reporting and
services. James has been working with Unions in an office capacity
for 21 years and in the Union environment for 27 years in total. In
this episode we discuss the idea of representation in the work
place. Is it important and how the views have changed in regards to
Unions over time. We also discuss corruption in both government and
