Remember those weird childhood entertainment artifacts? The ones
clearly dug out of some bin somewhere that it seems only you ever
heard of or saw? This is extremely one of those, and for Mitch
and his sisters Devon and Paige it left a pretty profound
impression, so it's time to revisit this animated Romanian short
compilation in feature length and figure out what the fuck is
going on with these literate mice, disaster cats and dog kingdom.
Who, in fact, is such a rotten cat?
