when frustration occurs when your weight loss goals are not being
met our natural reaction is to unconsciously create excuses for
why we can't achieve success. Our subconscious mind
protects our ego from the reality of our lack of follow through
or inability to stick with a program. These are all things
that can be changed easily with a mindset adjustment which will
