People who dislike exercise are the ones who don’t get
their feet wet.  They join a gym and start going every
day...or go without a plan.  They are the ones who want to
be runners and start by attempting to run a mile with no build
up.  People often set their goals too high and can't
maintain the regimen they set up for themselves.  Get your
feet wet!  If you want to start love working out you need to
start small!
