Maintaining weight loss and motivation can be extremely
difficult. Instead of doing a show on what to do to avoid
slipping, I decided to do one on strategies to implement to
ensure that you will STAY motivated. It was truly difficult to
isolate the key factors, and clearly following the program and
being consistent was essential… however as I work with a large
population of people now who see struggling with staying
motivated once goals are met I've highlighted the ones that I
feel will be most helpful in staying motivated and avoiding self
sabotage from setting in.
