One thing that we are good at is making excuses for why we can't
accomplish a goal. When it comes to exercise, pretty much
any reason can be molded as a legitimate reason for not starting
a routine. The older we get, the harder it becomes to
justify starting a program as we feel our body is incapable of
handling the exercise elements. This is quite the opposite.
We can perfectly incorporate exercise into our lives
