Krav Maga in 2012. Jonathan is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
BJJ. He served in the military with The Israel Defence Forces, IDF
in Israel. Jonathan, talks about “situational awareness” and how
it's an important tool to keep you safe when out in public, we talk
about the many benefits of learning self-defence.
