The Being = External & Internal Natural Resources

The missing link between humans and apes are their inability to use
their Internal  Natural Resource called Mind or  Mind
Expansion Intelligence (MEI) in order to develop their 
External Natural Resources (ENR) to create or invent or engineer
the products and designs of artificialities or Artificial
Intelligences. The concept that the human being is developing or is
underdevelops means the Mind of that human has underdeveloped its
natural resources or Natural elements to develop itself. Developing
Nation's or Peoples means these nations or Peoples are on their
journey into developing their Internal Natural Minds in order to
Mine their External Natural Resources for the betterment of their
Peoples and civilization. It's upon us to help humans develop their
Intelligences for the progress of the human evolution than us
waisting resources and human power to inhibit, prevent, or stop
others from developing themselves and their positive Intelligences.
You hurt yourself more in the long-run for dreading competition.
Humans are born to compete. Do are nation. Embrace competition.
