both now and in the future, is the ability to learn new skills.
 How can you learn a new skill? We don’t have the time
funding to just go back to school and get a new degree. The trend
nowadays is more towards informal learning constantly to stay
relevant, because that degree you got way back when is no longer
relevant. Many of the technical skills you acquire are out of
date in as little as 2 years.
