Merja takes the morning off, and Shines fills the vacant chair,
boy oh boy. Reflecting on the current COVID-19 situation with 11
companies in Windhoek temporarily closes because of COVID-19
related causes, and Government turning to the IMF for more funds,
with no transparency with the over 8 billion NAD already
allocated for the country's COVID-19 response plan. Nothing
really ever gets going however, as the viewers simply cannot
