HOLY GHOST FIRE!!! Is that what Q is wearing today? So many
questions! Neville has to wear one of his other hats this
morning, so he only joins the show midway, after Merja and Q
navigate an awkward sports update. The conversation settles on
mental illness, an issue the crew unanimously agree to be a
serious issue in our community, with many unwilling to, first
admit that they are suffering from depression or any other mental
condition, and secondly reach out to anyone for help. It gets
heavy, so we throw in some quick hits at the end to pick you back
up for the day.
