418 million. Then some big news as incarcerated Sacky Shanghala
and Bernard Esau are finally booted from the SWAPO Party
leadership structures. This however is dwarfed by the resignation
of Defence Minister Peter Vilho after his meeting with President
Geingob and Vice President Mbumba yesterday. This makes Vilho the
4th Minister to resign under a cloud of fraud and/or corruption
allegations during Geingob's tenure.
