Episode 9 - Introduction to systems thinking

Systems thinking is a fundamental concept which we believe should
be considered in the decision making process.  Everything is
comprised of systems, the idea behind this to understand the
system and then operate within it. It’s the quickest & most
efficient way to get the highest form of production and having
the ability to create the most value.


This is just an introduction and we plan on delving into this in
far greater deal in the future, where we break it down in deep
detail with case studies. This will be a full part series,
welcome to the introduction.
