abstracting the tripartite negotiations over the Grand Ethiopian
Renaissance Dam. The Foreign Minster gave a briefing to local
media regrading the ongoing tripartite talks over The GERD. He
called on all ETHIOPIANS to stand together in asserting their
right to utilize their own natural resource.
