We look to our pastors and spiritual leaders for every area of
our lives but it's time for us to talk about how that is not
sustainable or realistic. Too often we depend on our pastor or
spiritual leaders to help us through and navigate mental and
emotional issues that he or she may not be equipped to handle. In
