Episode Forty-Eight - Social Etiquette

Is etiquette a thing of the past?  Some things that you may
seem as common courtesies are not so common today.  Is it
"old school" to hold a door for a stranger?  Is it outdated
thinking to wait for folks to get off an elevator before you get
in??  We feel like we are in an elongated episode of "The
Twilight Zone".  Lacey put together a list that consist of
different types of courtesies, but they all circle back to just
