Why not we declare black countries primarily for black interest? Like the Jews and Israel.

The inclusive melting pot of idea's have proven in 2021 to be of
little benefit in addressing specific needs and goals of black
people. Indeed a particular people inherit particular ideas needs
aspirations concerns and problems. If the government is tailor made
only to address wider general issues that effect everyone then
particular solutions are overlooked.
