Are You Too Busy? #SelfSabotage

When it comes to #SelfSabotage we can use a variety of ways to keep
us from living up to our true potential. We all have been in a
place where we have "reasons" for not accomplishing what we say we
are going to accomplish. The problem with most of these "reasons"
is that they really are EXCUSES, because we are afraid, we are
threatened to actually live up to what we say we are, but more
likely that we just don't have a deep belief that supports
accomplishing what we say we want. One of the BIGGEST "reasons" I
see is: "I'm too busy!" This is a convenient and destructive
pattern that we must start to see for what it is; AN EXCUSE. I
