"What are the skills that they need to remain competitive and
stay relevant to their customers? And it's not only the soft
skills but it's also the digital skills. The other point here is
about TRUST."

GBD71. Digital Health Futurist Maneesh Juneja's
career spans nearly 20 years working with data to improve
decision-making across several industries. In this
conversation with AICPA & CIMA's Samantha Watson, he explores
the convergence of emerging technologies to see how they can make
the world a healthier and happier place. Inspired by the
innovation culture of Silicon Valley, he reveals why
“Will The Robots Take My Job?” isn't the question we
should be asking.

OUR GUEST.

Maneesh Juneja is a Digital Health Futurist who
explores the convergence of emerging technologies to see how they
can make the world a healthier and happier place. He looks at
these technologies in the context of socio-cultural, political
and economic trends, helping organisations around the world to
think differently about the future. He is passionate about
ensuring that the choices we make in society result in a better
future, not just for the privileged few, but for everyone.

Inspired by the innovation culture of Silicon Valley, and unlike
many of his friends who have relocated there, he has decided to
stay in London and do his best to bring elements of Silicon
Valley's culture to the UK.

In a career spanning nearly 20 years, Maneesh has worked with
data to improve decision-making
across several industries. From supporting the
Whitehall study at University College London, managing the Tesco
database at DunnHumby, and most recently, working with the
world’s largest U.S. health insurance claims & European EHR
databases at GSK R&D. After leaving GSK, he set up his
consultancy MJ Analytics. Connect with him here.
