Like almost all businesses, the retail sector has been
hard hit by the pandemic lockdown. While the coronavirus
disruption isn’t permanent, it’s nevertheless a critical test of
an organisation’s resilience which could help make it stronger in
the long term. Resilience and flexibility are now more important
than ever, so how do business leaders improve this? Our guests
