We continue our San Diego Comic Con coverage with the amazing
women of Kwento Comics! Jimmy discovered the all Asian/all
female collective recently and was very excited to meet with
them at SDCC as he is a fellow Filipino. He talked to the
mother/daughter founders Cecilia and Waverley Lim, head
writer Kaitlyn Fajilan, editor/art supervisor Jenapher Zheng
and artist Minerva Fox. He chatted with them about how/why
they started the company, their first series THE MASK OF
HALIYA, the importance of Asian representation, Filipino
