Andrea (Andi) Simon is a corporate anthropologist specializing in
helping organizations, and the people in them, change. She is the
founder of Simon Associates Management Consultants, an
award-winning author, and successful podcast host. 


Her new book, Rethink: Smashing the Myths of Women in Business,
is just out. It is written to help other women become the baddest
