How to NOT Be Run by Your Business with Adam Adams

According to Adam Adams, founder of growyourshow.com, there are
currently three main spheres of influence: Social media,
in-person meeting, and thought leadership. He’s very quickly
proven himself an expert in at least the latter two. Within six
months of launching, Adam’s first podcast “Creative Real Estate”
ranked in the top one percent, and he’s been honored by MeetUp
for being one of its top six organizers out of 225,000. Now, he
helps others to achieve success with their podcasts by building
promotional campaigns that train the algorithm, particularly in
those crucial initial 8 weeks.


The key is engagement, and the key to engagement is asking rather
than telling, he says. Whenever making announcements to your
audience you should be asking for their help, and their opinions
through open-ended questions that lead to more questions.
