[Debate] Should you publish content you're not thrilled about?

The question? 


Do you push out content you’re not thrilled with? (Just to “be
consistent” or because your audience hasn’t heard from you in a
while?)


Do you wait till you have something valuable?


Do you engage in another way without posting? (I.e. write a nice
newsletter?)
