#035 SANDY COSTA | Influence of Exemplars, Learning From Those Who Live It

Currently Sandy is an attorney, speaker and author of the book
Humanity at Work: Encouraging Spirit, Achievement and Truth to
Flourish in the Workplace.  He has over 40 years of
professional experience, serving as an executive in the
pharmaceutical, health care and life sciences industries. 
He’s also sat on the board for over 20 public and private
companies and lives in North Carolina with his wife Jean.


Sandy shares many personal stories about the exemplars in his
life that have formed him into the man he is today.


Stories of faith from his mother and wife.  Stories of
virtue and servant leadership from his father.  Stories of
humility from his uncle. 


The thing is, he learned these life lessons by watching and
observing the lives of others.  They didn’t just speak about
what one should do, they lived it.  They led by
example.  They were true exemplars.
