Episode 1 - Tom Marker

This episode, we are joined by Coach Tom Marker. Coach Marker is
the head baseball coach and math teacher at Olentangy Orange high
school in Columbus Ohio. Tom is an unbelievable positive life force
in our world bringing an energy and creativity to his journey that
few can rival. Coach Marker is an outstanding husband father of
three teacher and coach. Today, Tom will offer his thoughts on
leadership, developing effective cultures and how he motivates
