Happy New Year loyal DTGers! To kick the new year off right we are
honored to announce that hockey legend, Chris 'Knuckles' Nilan will
be joining us this morning! Nilan a born Boston boy was selected by
the Montreal Candienes in the 12th round! He grew within the team
and became one of the great enforcers not only in Montreals history
but the NHL as a whole! Traded to the Rangers then to the Bruins at
age 33, Nilan continued to battle. At the end of his career Nilan
returned home to Montreal. Nilan suffered drug and alcohol abuse
after his hockey career but has turned his life around and is now
an inspriational speaker, role model, and all around amazing guy!
