adversity they are crushed by it ! . Aggressive Screening weeds out
all our original thinkers . Insist on maintaining rigorous
standards and you risk throwing the baby out with the bath water

Treating everybody the same is not the same as treating everybody
fairly . We have a name for a system like that . Communism . We
know the outcomes lower productivity , lower levels of innovation ,
agency capture and systemic corruption .
