Dr. Laurelle Myhra: Director of the Mino Bimaadiziwin Wellness Clinic

Dr. Laurelle Myhra, a citizen of the Red Lake Nation, is a
marriage and family therapist and was the Director of Behavior
Health at the Native American Community Clinic for many years.
Having served as the Director of Behavior Health at the Native
American Community Clinic alongside cohost Dr. Antony Stately,
Dr. Laurelle Myhra, became the Director of the Mino Bamaadiziwin
Wellness Center which opened in South Minneapolis in 2021. Dr.
Myhra, who was also recently selected to serve on Minnesota’s new
Equitable Health Care Task Force, talks about her passion for
safe spaces for Indigenous youth and the development of a toolkit
for health care providers.
