Interview with Nick Lloyd, Woman's coach, Swiss Rowing Federation

Nick Lloyd is the woman's coach at the Swiss Rowing Federation,
and the assistant coach to Ian Wright. Growing up in Sydney
Australia, Nick has been involved in and led the coaching of some
of the most successful school crews in Australia and New Zealand.
Now assisting Head Coach Ian Wright in the Swiss programme, Nick
shares his thoughts on what it takes to bring a crew together as
one to go fast, and his approach to technique.
