Rob Smith - The Phluid Project - Retail Veteran Leads the Gender Expansive Movement

Rob Smith is the CEO and Founder of The Phluid Project, a leader
in the gender expansive movement. The Phluid brand celebrates
freedom, authenticity and self-expression and is dedicated to the
values and priorities of Gen Z. This global platform emerged from
the intersection of Rob’s vast retail executive experience,
including Macys, Victoria’s Secret, Levi’s & Nike, and his
passion for social justice, specializing in LGBTQIA+
underrepresented youth. Rob’s mission is driven by a fearlessness
to challenge the status quo. He is a former Board Chair for The
Hetrick-Martin Institute, empowering, educating and advocating on
behalf of LGBTQ youth around the world. Rob lives in NY with his
husband, Rod Grozier, and their dog, Jackson.
