April fools day is all about the laughs, as is this podcast.
Comedic, insightful and spontaneous bantering between two hosts
that consider themselves “friends.” The unofficial official
holiday of the sit and kick podcast is in fact April Fools. Not
because they partake in the festivities but because the world
partakes in a day of #Banter!


In all seriousness this episode is titled “The Future of
Sit & Kick” because of the announcements made
throughout this episode. Big things coming to hopefully make a
big difference within the sport of track and field!
