Fed up with stereotypes and seeing women give up on their dreams
mostly due to age, 65-year old Helen Fritsch was determined to
create change and make a difference. She envisioned a podcast
that showcased strong, smart women defying age barriers, so she
created The Age is Irrelevant podcast show. Helen’s on a mission
to inspire and empower women. She believes that age should never
define you or govern your way of thinking. She advocates that
it’s never too late to jump outside of the box and take that leap
of faith to get you where you want to go. Helen not only believes
that age is irrelevant to pursuing goals, dreams, and desires—she
also lives it. With her no-nonsense, can-do attitude, over the
past several years, Helen has become an entrepreneur, host of her
own podcast, and fitness coach. Helen is also a flight attendant,
a job she’s held for the past 37 years.
