MK Stahl is a multi-passionate entrepreneur with a proven track
record of building highly profitable businesses in the health and
wellness space.


At 25, MK became a Fit Body Boot Camp client, which became the
best part of her day. She took that positive energy she felt at
boot camp and opened her location six months later. Over the next
six years, she opened three additional locations and became the
Community Manager for the Fit Body brand.


MK also hosts the Beyond the Scale podcast, spreading the
importance of not basing your health on metrics. She can connect
with the 30,000+ clients at Fit Body and outside listeners
through the podcast.


Today, she has exited two of her locations, selling them combined
for 7-figures, and is an investor in additional locations. MK,
along with her partners, is also the Master Franchisor for the
state of South Carolina, which they are recruiting and developing
leaders across the state in their Fit Body franchisee journey. MK
grew her career and her family simultaneously, two things that
require a lot of time, something we can never get enough of these
days. She spreads the message to others that there is no such
thing as balance, but setting boundaries can lead to the most
fulfilling life at work and home.
