DreamMachine Episode 23: Megamind

In this episode of DreamMachine, Patricia and Arun discuss about
the 2010 DreamWorks animated film, Megamind. The movie is about a
villain named Megamind who defeats his nemesis, the overconfident
super hero Metro Man, and takes over Metro City. Bored with being
the ruler of the city, Megamind decides to create a new superhero
in the form of a news cameraman named Hal Stewart and date a news
reporter named Roxie Ritchi under a disguise. Will he turn a new
leaf to become a good guy?   


When this movie premiered, it made over $320 million dollars out
of $130 million dollars making it one of the lowest grossing
animated DreamWorks films of the 2010's. It received mixed to
positive reviews, especially when compared to films such as
Despicable Me that had a similar premise. What do you Patricia
