Old School Lane Casual Chats: Amphibia

In this episode of Casual Chats, Patricia and special guests Arun
Mehta from The Arun Mehta Show, Jim Bevan, Taylor "Whyboy" Wyatt
from ToonGrin, and newcomer Elijah aka Not-So-Average-Fangirl
discuss about the 2019 Disney Channel animated series Amphibia in
honor of the show's completion. Three girls named Anne Boonchuy,
Sasha Waybright, and Marcy Wu steal a music box from a pawn shop
and opening it takes them to the world of Amphibia. Anne ends up
in the rural town of Wartwood where she is taken in by a frog
family consisting of Sprig, his sister Polly, and their
grandfather Hop Pop. Sasha ends up in Toad Tower as a prisoner
turned lieutenant in the toad army lead by Commander Grime. Marcy
ends up in Newtopia alongside King Andrias and his subjects
Olivia and Yunan. They try to locate each other and learn how to
get home, but then realize it isn't going to be as easy as they
had hoped.
