25 Days of Christmas: Holiday Inn

In this episode of 25 Days of Christmas, Patricia and Carlene
discuss about the 1942 musical Holiday Inn. A performing trio
named Ted, Jim, and Lila are doing well with their traveling act.
Jim wishes to retire, marry Lila, and getting a farm in
Connecticut. However, Lila is engaged to Ted and wants to
continue to travel to sing and dance instead. Jim, with a broken
heart, built the farm and made it into an inn called Holiday Inn
where it would open for musical performances in the holidays. A
young girl named Linda heads to the Holiday Inn to get her start
in performance and works alongside Jim. Meanwhile, Lila leaves
Ted for a Texas millionaire and is need of a new dancer. He
unknowingly dances with Linda and wants her for his dancing
partner. Jim, not wanting to lose her, tries to prevent Linda and
Ted properly meeting up with one another. What did Patricia and
