Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake, the third installment of the
Adventure Time series. Taking place years after the events of
Adventure Time, Simon Petrikov is living as a curator of life
around his time over a thousand years before the Mushroom War at
Ooo. Not feeling satisfied with his life, he conjures a spell to
bring back his significant other Betty from the space creature
Golb. But he ended up summoning from his mind a young woman named
Fionna and her cat named Cake, who are the gender swapped
versions of Finn and Jake that he thought were simply fanfic
stories that his former alter ego The Ice King came up with. Now,
he has to find a way to bring them back to their world and find a
way to get Betty out of Golb.


Fionna and Cake received positive reviews from critics and fans
delving more into darker, more mature directions than Adventure
