The Black Hole

This week the society watches the 1979 sci-fi spectacular The
Black Hole, directed by Gary Nelson and starring Maximillian
Schell, Anthony Perkins, and Robert Forester.  Join us as we
go in....through....and BEYOND with an on-the-edge captain and
his diverse group of robots with different skills and
attributes.  Will you encounter God? Will you live
forever?  Will you meet and ex-bartender robot that only
speaks in synth noises and flips upside down to assert
