Let's welcome our new members:


Different sectors of the nation are on the move as part of the
ferment going on in our land. We have soulph youtube channel
webinars under the leadership of former senator Jose D. Lina
which just sponsored a webinar discussing in detail the ways our
automated elections are manipulated by the COMELEC (resource
speaker Dr. Nelson Celis of La Salle).


We see the Katipunan ng Demokratikong Pilipino under the
leadership of Butch Valdez, Toti Casino, and RJ Javellana -
 constantly pounding in their weekly web broadcast about
Artikulo Dose to return control of public utilities to the
government.


We see movement in the youth sector through the mobilization of
Gising Maharlika pointing out the threat to our health and the
loss of our freedoms because of the inappropriate response to the
pandemic due to the incompetence of Francisco Duque who somehow
continues to have the confidence of Du30 at the sulsul of grand
alalay  (senator cum ex officio cabinet member) Bong GO.
 Al  Santillan one of the founders of Gising
 together with one of the leader mentors of Gising Maharlika
- Capt Rey Valeros have just joined our CONGRESS - and we are
giving them  the very warm welcome that they richly deserve.


And we also have our effort here in our Shadow 1899 Congress. We
have launched a series of plenary sessions every  Saturday
henceforth - starting with the June 19 Bday of Jose Rizal up to
the November 30 Bday of Bonifacio.  Pls Mark the weekend in
your calendars to give some time to attend our weekly PLENARY
SESSIONS.


We will hold sessions from 8 am to 12 noon every week; then we
adjourn sine die (session year of 2021) for our December break .
Afterwards, the 2022 sessions of the 1899 Congress resume on Jan
8, 2022 and ends for the first semester by May 28, 2022.


If there are elections , then these sessions will be quite lively
and interesting since it will coincide with the campaign period
for the elections of 2022. During the first semester of 2022 our
sessions would have a field day examining  the campaign
promises of candidates for empty rhetoric and lack of substance.
There may be some surprises if and when a revolutionary candidate
for President emerges who may spouse our call for a dehibernation
of the 1899 Constitution. LET US SEE!

monitoring any part of the cabinet in the executive department so
that you could be assigned to participate in the appropriate
